Bending schedules e-mailed to ROM are automatically imported from common formats:

Immediate schedule summary generation - immediately creates accurate production planning, reporting the weight and work content of any schedule. The system then updates machine schedules, allowing production to confirm to customers requested delivery dates.

Options for Call off by specific bar mark or according to batch are possible, so clients can control of components arriving to site as and when required. 

Every single component produced is barcode labeled and scanned to constantly update the system, making it possible to track and trace the status of every component of any job within production. 

This total batch traceability, allows ROM to record ecological issues (e.g.: Carbon footprint and environmental impact) combined with the source and integrity of raw materials.
