Dear Customer

Reinforcement Price Increase 1st May 2008

We have now received confirmation from our steel suppliers that the cost price of our raw materials will increase again from 1st May 2008.

As a consequence of their actions we will be increasing the price of all reinforcement products by a further £25.00 per tonne for all deliveries from Monday 5th May 2008.

Our local Depot Representatives will contact you accordingly to discuss the effect of this on existing orders.

With continuing increases in scrap prices and limited availability on finished rebar product we have been advised to expect another increase on 15th May 2008.

We will advise you of the extent of the next increase as soon as we have been informed

Yours sincerely

Robert Holton
Regional Director
